Great coffee with lots of variety, very friendly staff and fair prices! Good to know: payments are card-only, and the café is sometimes unexpectedly closed (check their Instagram, they typically post opening hours on there).

Excellent coffee that's easily the best I've had in Kyoto. Super smooth with a hint of bitterness but full rich coffee warmth. Highly recommend getting a cup before you explore the Imperial Gardens (or after, if you'd like).

A unique hole in the wall coffee stand near Kyoto Imperial Palace. Ordered ice annin coffee (latte) which was 650yen, but something I haven’t seen before. It was very smooth and has a nice hint of bitterness to it. Love the simplicity of the place and unique menu.

If you are going to the imperial Palace, do not miss this small coffee Store. The best in Kyoto for sure. We recommend flat White! The owner Is really kind too.

The aromatic compounds of lightly roasted coffee is diffusing in the mouth dramatically. It just like my grandfather come back from the columbarium and give me a high five, mate. What the amazing filter coffee in Kyoto!
