I was very happy with our dining experience here. My husband prefers nigiri style while I prefer maki style sushi, so this was a great find. My husband ordered a set menu (there were 4 options), and I ordered two sushi rolls - dragon + shrimp tempura roll. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was elegant. The price was very reasonable for the high quality of the food and great service.

Hyaku-ryo was such a good experience. I had the 3 set meal with 8 different types of sushi and honestly everything was delicious. One of my goals while in Japan was finally trying eel hahaha — and although it was prepared really well, I realised I’m just not a fan of very fishy flavours personally. That’s completely on my taste, not the restaurant. The rest of the sushi was incredible, super fresh and full of flavour. You can really tell care goes into the food here. My only small negative would be the glasses used for the water had a bit of an egg smell to them, which is something that always puts me off and I notice in quite a few restaurants. Aside from that though, I genuinely enjoyed the whole meal and would definitely recommend it. I loved the coffee to end with.

I came here for lunch and had such a wonderful experience. The set was absolutely delicious — the fish was incredibly fresh and literally melted in my mouth. The staff were very kind and attentive, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is calm and beautiful, and it was truly a pleasure to spend time here. The value for money is amazing — I didn’t expect this level of quality for the price. I left feeling genuinely impressed and very happy I came here. Highly recommend.

Sushi experience like no other. Everything tasted amazing and fresh. Great portion on the sushi sets, very nice and responsive staff. We had no reservation and they accommodated us and even asked where we preferred to sit. Will definitely come back but if we don’t we definitely recommend it.

We stopped here for lunch and it was a great experience. Very international-friendly with easy ordering, but still felt authentic. The restaurant had a nice mix of counter seating and private rooms, making it comfortable for both couples and families. They offer set lunch menus, which made it super convenient for both kids and adults, and the quality of the sushi was excellent. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the overall experience felt relaxed but still special. A great choice for a family-friendly sushi meal!
