I came here after seeing so many strong reviews, and it really made dining in Kyoto Gion feel easy. The biggest thing for me was being able to enjoy ramen and wagyu with real peace of mind. The staff were warm and friendly, portions were generous, and the pricing felt very reasonable. I’d gladly suggest it to anyone looking for halal ramen while visiting the area.
View on GoogleA really memorable halal ramen stop in Kyoto Gion. The ramen was rich and satisfying, and the wagyu and fried chicken toppings were especially tasty and crispy. I also loved that the restaurant has a dedicated prayer area, which makes it very welcoming for Muslim travelers. The place is small and can get crowded, so expect a wait, but the food and service make it worth it. The cozy interior, English menus, and friendly staff made the whole visit easy and comfortable. Definitely a spot I’d come back to when I’m in Kyoto again 😊
View on GoogleI felt comfortable ordering here because everything was halal, which made the whole meal feel easy and relaxed. The ramen really stood out to me—the broth had great depth and the noodles were satisfying, so it was the kind of bowl you keep thinking about afterward. The staff were kind and approachable, and that friendly atmosphere made the visit even nicer. If you’re around Kyoto Gion and looking for halal ramen, this is a spot worth keeping in mind.
View on GoogleOn our first day in Kyoto, we were so relieved to find a halal place in 京都祇園, close to other spots we wanted to see. The ramen really stood out and was exactly what I was hoping for. The staff were kind and friendly, and it was easy to pay since both cash and card were accepted. A very comfortable stop for Muslim travelers visiting Japan.
