At 'Grill Fog' in Kyoto, I enjoyed an attractive set where hamburger, fried shrimp, and cream croquette gather on one plate. My impression is that all the dishes are made very carefully. Juicy hamburger, crispy fried shrimp, and rich and melting cream croquette, all are prepared deliciously with quality that can play a leading role one by one. I was very satisfied with the luxury of being able to enjoy classic Western dishes all at once. However, considering the overall volume, shop atmosphere, location, etc., the impression that the 1950 yen price setting is a bit aggressive cannot be erased. There are parts that can be understood because the quality of the taste is high, but honestly, as a lunch for daily use, the hurdle is a bit high, and in terms of cost-effectiveness, it is one step away.
View on GoogleOne block up from Sai-in Hanayacho, east side. It is a shop with a calm atmosphere with a woody interior in a log house style. Homemade hamburger and fried chicken are delicious. I think they do very careful work. Also, the homemade smoked food is finished nicely, and the beer keeps going unconsciously. Draft beer is Sapporo Black Label. You can use paypay. It seems there is no parking lot.
View on GoogleA shop like a Western restaurant cum bar along Sai-in-dori. Since I hate alcohol, I used it as a Western restaurant. The main product seems to be hamburger, and I got the impression that there were many dishes built around the hamburger. What I received was a hamburger with fried shrimp, cream croquette, salad, and spaghetti, and it came with white rice, miso soup, and pickles (shibazuke). The hamburger is made quite soft, and I think it will fit very well for people who like soft texture. The sauce is not too salty, so it tastes even better. The fried shrimp is coated with tartar sauce, and the clothes are golden brown and quite crispy. The shrimp body is not particularly large, but the shrimp shell is peeled to the very end of the tail, so it is very easy to eat. The cream croquette has clothes so thin that it breaks when you try to hold it with chopsticks, and I got the impression that it is easier to enjoy the texture of the cream. Also, because the flavor is good, I felt it was very delicious. The miso soup felt very normal. Overall, I think this is an optimal shop for people who like soft texture and light taste. In this regard, it fit my mouth well, which likes light taste. On the other hand, for people who like strong stimulating dishes with plenty of salt, it might feel that the taste is light. The cleanliness of the shop and tableware is reasonably good.
