Ordered Dinner ( Content ) Course. They almost did everything right like warming up plates, switching utensils for each course, a serene environment with a zen garden beside the dining area, exceptional service. However the food was very underwhelming for its price. Everything tasted pretty mediocre except for the dessert section. If you only care for social media posts and a wonderful atmosphere, this place is for you. But for people who put more weight into the taste department, i can not vouch for this restaurant.

Coming straight out of the spa and heading here was the best decision we could have made. The entire experience was a total dream! The food was top-tier, and you can immediately taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients in every single dish. What made our visit truly unforgettable, though, was our server, Chihiro. She was so sweet, attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. Her warm hospitality elevated our whole dining experience to an absolute 10/10. We couldn't have asked for a better time and will definitely be back! As well as tamako was incredibly kind

A tad expensive, but totally worth it! Entrance was a bit difficult to find but I wholeheartedly blame that on my family being navigationally challenged. My family made reservations here and we had the truffle pizza, caesar salad, chicken with mushroom sauce, salmon, pasta, drinks, and desert. Now, were we a bit gluttonous? …perhaps, but shout out to Lin who was attentive, non-judgemental (LOL), and quick with placing our orders. The truffle pizza was great! It served more as an appetizer due to us being a slightly large group but I would order it again. The thin crust made for a nice, light beginner. My favorite dish would have to be between the burrata + tomato dish and the pizza. Neither of those dishes came to play. Now, additionally, my family ordered dessert. THAT was an experience. Everything was small but it was the perfect end to the meal we had. It was like the little bow on the massive present, the icing on the cake. I dream about that little matcha dessert to this day. Long story short if you want some good food, a luxurious nature-y atmosphere, and don’t mind paying a little extra, you found your spot!

Beautiful location inside of a hotel. Food is pretty good. The braised pork and the pizza were both very good. The pizza is very thin on a cracker crust. We had the pizzaiolo tasting menu at lunch. Service was high end and professional. We had several people taking care of us which is ok, but our primary sever forgot our second drink and by the time we saw her again several courses later we were on the dessert course already. Of all of the omakase menus we have had this one had the smallest courses. Most courses were just a couple of small bites at most. The prosciutto course was very simple and didn't have any fully slices of prosciutto. The partial slices were not super thin and airy either like you would expect. More like they had been sliced on a slicer for deli meat instead of a prosciutto slicer. The salad course was pretty good but the bread was just ok. Very spongey and soft for a focaccia. No big air bubbles or olive oil crisp. The $30 carbonara pasta had overcooked yolks so it was a bit grainy. The pancetta was an ok substitute for guanciale. These are nitpicky things for sure, but at the prices they charge the food could have been a bit better, and certain courses could have been more evolved. Service was functional but not warm.

This was the best meal of our trip. Absolutely divine dishes and the hotel is breathtaking. The plates were presented so beautifully and so well crafted. The staff was wonderful and it will be very difficult to beat.
