Hygiene was atrocious. The person who worked at the register was coughing constantly covering his mouth with his hands. Guess what he did next? He preceded to make the pizza with his hands WITHOUT CLEANSING THEM!!! We told him to wear gloves which he did, but guess what he did next? He coughed on his gloves and continued making the pizza. Absolutely disgusting and frustrating, we canceled the order and got a refund.

Ordered pizza for a specific delivery time, still was delivered 20 minutes late. No excuses as the pizza was ordered over an hour beforehand

After I ordered the pizza on app. They do not deliver the pizza. They also do not inform me. So I wait home for 3 hours and finally receive nothing.

Well.... Way too expensive (3000¥ for one pizza) and not even that good.

I use the takeout service a few times a year, but this store always has something disappointing. The pizza itself isn't bad, but there's no greeting, the drinks aren't good, etc. This time there was a problem with the potatoes. I thought it wasn't a problem with the ingredients, but rather the staff's lack of motivation to deliver proper food to customers.
