While shopping at Uniqlo/GU/Loft, we ran into an unexpected surprise -- Cat Cafe Mocha. And how cute is it! I was happy to find quite a few cats hanging out with guests! They all appear to be content and well admired. And I was pleased to have such great hospitality from the staff and the find the environment clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for those wanting to take a quick cat break during shopping!

The cats seem very contented and well looked after. The cafe is clean and there are many places for the cats to hide if they choose. it’s easy to miss - a tiny stairway next to the dog pet shop. loses 1 star because the staff were not overly friendly, despite us being very polite, quiet and us speaking basic Japanese. We didn’t get the friendly welcome you expect in japan. i get the impression they are jaded by ignorant western tourists, and I kind of don’t blame them for that. the space is well laid out - mainly designed around the cats needs which is good. lots of manga books to read. only drinks from a fridge/vending machine. make sure you make a note of when you arrived and set a timer for when you need to leave, to avoid over spending as they charge according to the time.

I visited the Cat Café Mocha during my trip to Kyoto, and it was easily one of the highlights. The café is incredibly stylish, modern, and spotlessly clean. Unlike some other cat cafés, this one feels very high-end and spacious, providing a relaxing atmosphere for both the humans and the cats. The cats themselves are well-cared for, calm, and diverse. If you want a truly magical moment, try to be there during feeding time—watching all the cats line up to eat is the cutest thing you’ll ever see!

Very cute and calm, definitely what we needed after running around all day! If you're missing your fur babies you'll feel right at home... Don't miss the stamp!!

I love this cat cafe! There are so many cute cats, and they even offer free drinks. 🥰🥰 If you give the cats treats, they’ll follow you around for attention!
