English-style cafe "andante" on the way to Arashiyama/Suzumushi-dera. In a space surrounded by antique furniture, you can enjoy a variety of teas and handmade sweets. Spend a relaxing moment with live piano music in the shop.

This was a wonderful find. It is styled like a cottage, and the garden that you look out on is delightful. There is a great selection of Tea and the cakes and scones were delicious. If you are looking for somewhere to have a peaceful cup of tea and a delicious sweet, then this is your place. The owner provided us with an English menu, and the service was excellent!

One of the cutest cafés I've ever seen, with beautiful live music - mix of jazz, classical, pop and movie soundtracks, something for everyone. Delicious tea & snacks, and most of all a beautiful interior with view of a beautiful garden! Such a gem!

This café is the ultimate hidden gem. I‘m glad I’ve got such a scone obsession I actively searched for scone cafés. This one is beautifully decorated, located in a quiet neighborhood. The lady owning this café prepares everything with love and beautifully. The scones tasted great as well as the clotted cream and jam that came with it. The tea was delicious as well. Highly recommend ❤️

An absolutely magical cafe! Looks like it’s out of a fairytale, it’s so charming. The owners are very kind as well. And the tea and scones were sooo good. I can’t wait to come back!

Delicious (and authentic) scones and clotted cream from ¥500. Nice selection of teas too. Very pleasant, traditional “Cotswolds” interior with a calm and meditative atmosphere. Would definitely visit again.
