な花な華Nakanaka
Please note that due to Corona infection prevention, etc., the store may close early or be closed. The store was renovated in October 2020. Lunch operation (ramen shop)... only menu is old-fashioned Chinese soba, but we serve soy sauce ramen that brings out a rich flavor even in simplicity, by blending soy sauce from a local soy sauce brewery and selected domestic char siu. Night operation (Japanese izakaya)... from 18:00, we operate as an izakaya with single-plate dishes, skewer katsu, pots, etc. We also accept reservations for small groups, so please feel free to contact us.

Near Mineyama Station, the number is surprisingly small, so considering that, it is a valuable "ramen shop". Inside the shop there is a counter and a little tatami room. It's far from the station(^◇^;) At night it opens from 18:00, and ramen and gyoza can be kept under 1000 yen^_^ The ramen has back fat, is rich and delicious. Fried rice is also more "fried rice" than fried rice, it has a strong taste and is delicious^^ Gyoza is also easy to eat and recommended, because there are very few shops around that serve gyoza, so it is especially valuable^ ^ (there is Ohsho though) If you want to eat ramen in Mineyama, please try it once^_^
View on GoogleI ate meat Chinese soba!! Char siu is thick & very juicy & voluminous, Back fat as a topping is also not annoying, Happy to be able to add green onions( ゚∀゚) A bowl that makes you want rice!
View on GoogleI stopped by for lunch, I ordered back fat soy sauce ramen and fried rice (small), back fat soy sauce ramen was rich and had several pieces of char siu, but it was soft and delicious, fried rice was also to my taste.
View on GoogleOld-fashioned Chinese soba, isn't it. I felt the soy sauce soup had a slightly different taste.
View on GoogleAs a whole balance, something is missing. (Maybe garlic) It is a ramen that will become better if the soup is given a little punch and straight noodles are improved. I ate red ramen, but contrary to its appearance, it was not that spicy. If anything, it was a delicious chili taste. Char siu was thick and good. However, I felt that char siu could have a stronger taste. I felt it was a ramen that could still evolve.
