【Visit March 26, 2021】 Weather: Sunny Temperature: 16℃ Humidity: 54% 《Zaru Soba》 Today, I think they are probably using Hitachi Aki Soba. The soba flavor is faint, but as you chew, the aroma begins to drift softly. The mouthfeel is smooth and the chewiness is slightly strong, making it very satisfying to eat. The soba dipping sauce has a gentle sweet tendency, and the punch of the kaeshi is also gentle. The flavor of the bonito dashi is slightly strong, and the dashi flavor was the dominant taste. As condiments, green onions and wasabi are included. The green onions are fragrant and give a good punch. The wasabi has a soft aroma, and immediately after, a sharp spiciness stimulates the tongue. 《Oroshi Soba》 It is grated spicy radish soba, but the radish has a very easy-to-eat spiciness, so even those who say "I'm not good with spicy radish..." can eat it with peace of mind. However, you can still clearly feel the unique flavor of spicy radish, even if it is faint. There are 2 parking spaces right next to the shop that seem to be the shop's parking lot, but there was also space for about 2 cars nearby. Why don't you stop by while you're out for a drive?
View on GoogleBecause it was delicious, I went for lunch for 2 days in a row. The mori soba went down smoothly... they also served soba water, I was satisfied! Next year I want to eat oroshi soba!
View on GoogleI went for lunch with my family. It seems the owner runs the shop alone, and he serves soba for each group before taking the next order, so it's better if you have time to spare. I ordered the large size oroshi soba. It didn't take that long from ordering until the soba was served. There is plenty of grated radish and bonito flakes on top of the soba. The soba was fragrant and thin, and it went very well with the spiciness of the grated radish, it was delicious.
View on Google2024/04/26 I had the oroshi soba. The soba aroma was good, the noodles were thin, and it went perfectly with the grated radish. It was very delicious. The shop seems to be run by one person, but the interior is kept clean. You can see the peaceful scenery from the window. Thank you very much.
View on GoogleThis is a soba shop in Kumihama. It's near Inaba Honke in Kumihama, and it's very close to Kumihama Park ^ ^ There is a parking space, but it's also within walking distance if you park at the park's parking lot. Inside the shop, there are counters and tables, but it's not that wide, so it seems like it will be full if a lot of customers come. The menu doesn't have set meals, just soba. There aren't that many soba menu items either, I think it's for people who really want to eat simple soba ^ ^ The price is around 700 yen to 1000 yen, and I didn't feel it was that expensive. If you're going to eat soba in Kumihama, going here is the best ^ ^
