Very polite staff and food quality is very good. However inside, only 1 cash register so very slow during lunch periods and the drive through is also very slow too which is a major complaint from everyone in Kyotango. I think McDonalds corporate business needs to seriously consider upgrading this store to suit the extra demand otherwise they will lose customers In the future.

One of the best McDonald's Ive personally been too customer service is always the best and the menu is always changing so it's always something new when I visit.

Switched from Breakfast to Lunch way too early. At 8:28 am they changed the menu to Lunch. They refused any breakfast order.

Japan McDonald's are so much better than the US ones. Neat food and polite servers.

Delicious fast food, great, fast service in both English and Japanese.
