English menu, pleasant staff, very nice view, and homey feel. I will be coming back.
View on GoogleThis is an old-fashioned Chinese noodle shop. The lunch menu includes a ramen and fried rice set, and I chose the half & half set. The fried rice was fragrant and delicious. The ramen has a sharp soy sauce flavor with firm noodles. The portion was just right for me. If I had to ask for more, it would be perfect if the price was a bit more reasonable (haha). While I understand given the recent price hikes, is the portion a bit small for 1265 yen? A regular ramen and half fried rice is 1375 yen, so a 110 yen difference. Well, the obvious answer is to just eat the regular one! But still. Would this portion be very satisfying if it were exactly 1000 yen? I realize this is a cheeky opinion. Sorry! It was delicious♪ Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleNostalgic soy sauce ramen. Chicken broth with a strong soy sauce flavor, medium-straight noodles, simple old-fashioned Chinese noodles. I had it for the first time in over 20 years. This time I had the lunch menu B set (soy sauce ramen and fried rice). I was happy to meet this nostalgic taste again. A small ramen shop standing on the shore of Lake Hanare, the business hours are now only during the day. I will visit again.
View on GoogleWhen I visited nearby to buy melons, I found a place that looked like a Chinese noodle shop, so I went in. Honestly, I didn't expect much from a highly-rated place in the countryside, but the ramen and fried rice were all to my taste. Char siu ramen large + extra green onions + extra bean sprouts + regular fried rice. The char siu is salty but goes well with the noodles. The fried rice is the moist type + red ginger. I don't like dry, fluffy fried rice, so I actually prefer the moist kind. This is a level that would make me want to visit often if it were near my home. I live in a ramen-competitive area and am used to eating ramen from experts, but this was delicious. I'll come again!
View on GoogleLake! A ramen shop in Kyotango City. Entered right when it opened. There are many customers and it is a popular shop. Ordered the B set. Delicious soy sauce flavored ramen. The fried rice was also delicious.
