Discovered it by chance in the middle of the Jukan Rindo forest road while solo touring the Kyotango Peninsula by motorcycle. Went in during the 10 o'clock hour for an early lunch. I thought it was an expensive steakhouse, so I took the plunge and ordered the Ichigao beef sirloin steak for 8500 yen. But for someone like me who is used to eating Kobe beef, the conclusion... It's incredibly delicious. It's the best. The meat had a gentle flavor. When I looked it up, it seems to be a rare breed that only ships 3 to 5 heads per year. Combined with the ranch scenery spreading out before my eyes, I really found a great place. I think most people travel along Route 178, but those of you who pride yourselves on being meat lovers should take the Jukan Rindo forest road on your way and eat the rare breed steak lunch 😊 It has a gentle flavor. I encountered a very delicious steak that somehow smells like the grass where they grew up freely. After all, when traveling, rare local hidden gems are better than food consumed in large quantities for tourists 😊
View on GoogleI went touring on the Tango Peninsula by motorcycle! I had lunch at a steakhouse located inside a ranch. I splurged 7000 yen, but it was very delicious. My wife doesn't know about this 😊
View on GoogleI love this place because the view is great⭐︎ It's located deep in the mountains, and after climbing the winding mountain roads, you arrive at this shop that is part of a ranch. This time I had the 180g sirloin steak! I love the sauce on the steak⭐︎ The ranch in summer was truly beautiful with its deep green colors and the blue of the sea visible in the distance⭐︎
View on GoogleI visited at the end of March. There were no animals on the farm, but instead, I enjoyed a magnificent landscape of a silver world that didn't feel like it was in Kansai. The food was also very delicious. I recommend the Ichigao beef steak. Also, it's hard to get a signal in the area, but there is Wi-Fi inside the shop, which was very helpful.
View on GoogleThe steak is tender and very juicy. The salad dressing and steak sauce are very delicious, enhancing the meat. The scenery is also lovely with grasslands spreading out.
