Nice Chinese food restaurant. I feel you get a lot for your money. I am stuffed with the Chinese Lunch order set. I would go again.

Anything other than crab rice noodles is a no-go. Even if you want to eat, this is the only decent restaurant. The ramen is salty and the broth is undrinkable, so it's XXX. Sorry. The gyoza is inedible. It has a very strange taste. Sorry. The set meal is rustic and below 'Osho' standards. The price is set aggressively, higher than the market price. Although expensive, a delicious menu item is the crab rice noodles. The crab rice noodles in the image are 1600 yen (regular) plus 200 yen for a large serving. This local menu item is actually quite good. Crab rice noodles are the only choice!

If you visit Chuka Kozo An-An, the first thing you should order is the 'Crab Rice Noodles' that exude a unique presence. The fragrant aroma that spreads the moment it's brought over and the visual of the golden-colored thick sauce make expectations soar even before you eat it. The biggest feature of this dish is that the stir-fried rice and the smooth noodles perform together in a piping hot thick sauce that condenses the luxurious flavor of crab. When you take a bite while harboring the guilty feeling of 'carbohydrates with carbohydrates?', that doubt is blown away in an instant. The rich flavor where you can firmly feel the crab meat and the exquisite balance of saltiness make it addictive, and the hand moving the spoon won't stop. It is truly a creative dish that can only be eaten here, and once you know the taste, there is an addictiveness that makes you crave it intensely at random moments. While the volume is full, this bowl, calculated to not bore you until the end, promises a level of satisfaction worthy of 4 stars.

The interior is wider than the exterior looks. The food feels neither good nor bad, but the volume is ◎ I feel like there's a big difference between the delicious things and the ones that aren't. The originality is strong, but it's not very proportional to the taste.

The soy sauce ramen is delicious. Is the secret ingredient vinegar? It's not sour, but I feel a mysterious depth.
