Family friendly, attentive staff, great food. We once took a family member with a food allergy. They were very careful to read through their ingredients lists and then show exactly what sushi would be safe. Kudos to you, Nigiri Chojiro!

Although it is a conveyor belt sushi, it is one of the few chains that has the skills and atmosphere to fulfill the image of a counter sushi restaurant. At one point, there was a situation where a la carte tempura was served with shrimp wrapped like a school mat, which was a situation that could not be seen. Recently, it has returned to products that are crispy, fragrant, and successful in reducing oiliness, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind. Recommended is the horse mackerel (aji) sashimi swimming in the fish tank and half nigiri. The way of cutting is magnificent, and it is served in a form as if it is still swimming. After you have eaten, be sure to deep-fry the bones (this can be done as a service), and let's eat all the lives. It is even better if there is Nigiri Chojiro's special sake. Please enjoy a relaxing and luxurious time.

Kyotanabe City Stopped by on the way back from my mother's hospital visit. Since the hospital is Kyotanabe Central Hospital, I always thought there was Chojiro when passing by. According to my mother, it seems to have been there for a long time. The parking lot is large and it seems that 24 cars can be parked. After the hospital, I was the first one right after opening. Here, right on the right side after entering, there are several table seats on a raised floor where you take off your shoes. There were table seats at the U-shaped counter surrounding the kitchen. It feels like the store is kept very clean. Guided to the tatami seats by the staff, maybe because they noticed my mother who had bad legs when taking off her shoes, they said "is the table seat over there better?" but my mother smiled and answered "it's okay here", so they guided us to a seat near the entrance. Maybe the staff was considerate so that I didn't have to walk much. The staff is... the face of the store. If that customer service is friendly and close to the customer, it warms the heart and the impression of the store will increase drastically just by that. I have visited several Chojiro stores, but this store was the best in terms of customer service. Ordering from the tablet on the table I forgot what I ordered with my mother, but we ordered the lunch set menu. Chojiro doesn't have much sushi rotating and is expensive compared to other sushi chains, but I think the satisfaction is high. Besides, the udon that comes with the set is very delicious. Because it was early, we were able to eat slowly and deliciously before it got crowded. My impression was very good, so I want to stop by again on the way back from the hospital♪ Lunch time is more profitable than night, so I recommend it.
