Specialty stone-baked sweet potato shop that bakes sweet potatoes aged for 1 year over 3 hours 🍠 ✔︎ Stone-baked sweet potato 100g 300yen ✔︎ Baked sweet potato gelato 550yen The stone-baked sweet potato here, made by slowly roasting Beni Haruka, has a sweetness level of "60 degrees" Sweet potatoes sweeter than I've ever eaten 🤤 It's delicious fresh and hot, but if you eat it after it cools down, the sweetness doubles 🫶 The gelato, perfect for this season, is super delicious with plenty of sweet potato!! Stone-baked sweet potato made by a sweet potato master who is particular about firewood and stone baking 🧑‍🌾✨ Often sold out due to being broadcast on TV or sold at markets 🫢 It is recommended to go early ^^ There is a parking lot on the shop premises ◎

Since the TV this morning broadcast about the baked sweet potato 🍠 master, I went there immediately. I bought a baked sweet potato 🍠, but I also bought one sorbet. When I ate it immediately, I was impressed by how they managed to turn sweet potato into ice cream. Across the road, the cherry blossoms on the river embankment were in full bloom. There were no sightseers.

This is a farm that conducts 6th-sector industrialization for a takeout-only baked sweet potato shop. The landmark is a trailer house! There is a parking lot and you can go by car, but be careful as the entrance is narrow. The way to make baked sweet potatoes is to use wood to heat stones. Baked sweet potato master Directly taught by the founder of Tsukuba Stone-baked Sweet Potato! It seems that chilled baked sweet potatoes have also started. The sweetness is strong when warm, and becomes mild when cold. The atmosphere changes drastically depending on whether you eat it immediately after it's baked, take it home, or chill it. Recently, they are also manufactured and sold at bakeries and gelato shops, and general sales at the store are on a downward trend. Opportunities to get freshly baked ones are decreasing as exhibitions and events increase, but eating freshly baked ones at the store is the best recommendation! Currently, it seems to be 250 yen per 100g. The cherry blossom tree-lined walking path is also nearby, and although it is a walk from the Kintetsu station, it is recommended to walk around the shrines while eating baked sweet potatoes, take a break at the Forest Mall on the Yamate main line, and return by bus, or take the reverse course. The shrines in this area have a history older than the Heian period because they are close to Nara.

This shop bakes sweet potatoes using firewood. This is the first time I've come near the shop, and there was a good smell of firewood and baked sweet potatoes. Of all the baked sweet potatoes I've ever eaten, this was the most delicious. It's fragrant and irresistible! The people at the shop were very kind. I would like to visit again.
