Ordered katsu curry The katsu is very thin. This is okay too. For curry, you can choose the spiciness. The taste is average. A bit watery. Next time I want to eat koushindon. Also, it's nice to get a drink after the meal (coffee or tea) for under a thousand yen.

Used alone for Saturday lunch. About 400m northwest of Kyotanabe Station, in a corner of a remote residential area, this is a curry specialty shop, and the vacant lot in front of the shop is a parking space, can park 3-4 cars. The inside of the shop is mostly counter seats, but there was one table seat in the back, but the scale was about 10 seats. Payment can also be made using PayPay, and I felt that it is a very conscientious shop including service aspects. I want to try other menus, so there is a revisit. Also, the owner seems to be a train fan, and various goods were displayed inside and outside the shop.

A fruity and spicy, thin-type curry shop⭐︎ It is said that they use plenty of vegetables and fruits, and change the mixture according to the season. They adjusted the spiciness for each. The omelet is fluffy and delicious ☺︎ I also had salad and coffee, and it was about 70% full (because I'm the type who eats quite a bit...) The inside of the shop is somewhat dim and invites nostalgia. There were many old train-related things and it was interesting! Customer seats are high counter seats lined up in an L-shape facing the kitchen, and one table seat in the back. Run by one person, and on this day I was told that it would take time to serve, so I waited a little. The shop owner is not friendly, but I think he is a person who is sincere about cooking. Payment can be made using PayPay◎

Dinner today. At "Koushinbo" in Kyotanabe, I ordered curry with 'Egg (Omelet)' + cheese topping. It was 700 yen. This shop is a bit far from Kyotanabe/Shin-Tanabe, and there are almost no shops around, so I think this is a shop you aim for rather than just dropping by. Is the owner a train fan? The inside of the shop is full of such goods. The curry has no ingredients, with a thin and spicy sauce. But it doesn't feel like soup curry. It seems like people will either love it or hate it, but it's a taste I like. There are many opinions that it is "salty", but is it? I didn't feel it was that salty. Maybe because of the cheese topping? Curry is served in a separate container. I was worried about whether to scoop it little by little or pour it all at once, but I ate it at a half-and-half pace. There are 4 types of pickles as a side dish, and it is fulfilling. By the way, I didn't expect salad to be included. Good deal. Furthermore, after the meal, "Would you like me to make coffee or tea?" Oh, is the after-meal drink also included in the set? I declined the drink because I was in the middle of a run and was afraid of getting a stomachache, but the price makes me worry if the management is okay. There are various topping ingredients, so I will come again if there is an opportunity. But my daughter who lives in Kyotanabe will move in March, so there may be no opportunity to come again.

Koushindon, it was very delicious! It seems the predecessor was a cook at the Miyako Hotel train canteen, and it was exquisite! Next time I will attack the curry!
