Good selection of food at reasonable prices

I used online ordering, and waited inside the store because it wasn't ready when I arrived. Even though the product was ready, I wasn't called and waited for about 10 minutes, but I couldn't stand it anymore and confirmed with the staff, and they said it was ready. If it's ready, call me! I didn't come late to pick it up, why should I have to accept food that is starting to get cold! This is the second time. If the product is ready, call the number and check if the person is there before taking the next order.

The store I used to use often is gone, and this time it was my first time at the Miyama-ki store, it was better than I thought. The young staff were working very hard.

I used it today, and I was surprised by the poor arrangement of the staff. First, a female staff member at the cash register was doing ordering, payment, and handing over products (including reservations) all by herself. Perhaps because of that, the bento we ordered at the store was ready in about 15 minutes and placed on the shelf behind the cash register counter, but after being left for more than 5 minutes, I was finally able to take it home after it was packed by the female staff member. Because there were many people, I understand it takes time to be ready. However, I watched for about 5 minutes while it was left there, and the male staff in the kitchen were crossing their arms and laughing while talking while the female staff was handling all customer service near the cash register, and I felt very uncomfortable because the male staff in the kitchen could also see the busyness at the cash register counter, and I thought they would know that the items with the queue number were complete, so I thought it would be smooth and normal if they handed them over flexibly. I probably won't use it ever again.

8/16 around 21:00. Ordered 2 bentos and 2 fried chickens. The chicken was served in a half-frozen state. Because it was cold even before eating, I took one bite and threw it away immediately. The service of the female staff at the cash register was good, but the male staff in the kitchen looked like they were working while chatting casually. I couldn't hear what they were talking about, but... I don't recommend going at this time.
