Local Chinese restaurant 'Sanju' in Kumiyama, Kyoto. I had the A set! Sweet and sour pork, fried chicken, roast pork, Chinese-style eggs, soup, and even salad for 1400 yen! Today I changed the set rice to fried rice. The fried rice is voluminous and incredibly delicious! The taste defies its simple appearance! The gyoza is also delicious! Can't stop! Everything is Chinese food with large portions but not greasy, light and delicious! Even after eating this much, I don't feel bloated. A delicious local Chinese restaurant that is rare nowadays! Waiting while being wrapped in the sound of the wok played by the owner and the aroma of the food is also nice! It's blissful if you eat it with beer. Parking is also fully equipped, nothing is missed. I want to fully support the owner who finishes all these delicious dishes by himself! The family I went with was also very happy, everyone is sure to repeat! It's a favorite and it becomes fun to think about what to eat next time!

After coming several times, I was finally able to encounter the opening. I entered immediately with joy. I ordered the A set with sweet and sour pork as the main, and the popular gyoza and fried rice. The gyoza is the best. The set meal allows you to eat various things, which is also the best. The fried rice has a nostalgic taste that is also superb. I will come again when I find it open.

Visited for lunch, ordered a set meal and changed the fried rice to large, but was surprised when it arrived!! It wasn't a large portion, but a portion for 2 people. The mapo tofu had wood ear mushrooms, the texture was good and it was a considerable amount but it was delicious until the end. The chive liver was also piled high on the plate and my stomach was full. Even the side salad was delicious~ Everything I had today tasted good. And I was surprised because it was cheap, but there was a note saying "prices raised", so I was even more surprised at how cheap it was before. Lucky to find a good shop.

From the Tai intersection on National Route 1, go east on Prefectural Road 15 (towards National Route 24). Just before the second traffic light after crossing the Daini Keihan, on the south side. Parking is only for 6 cars within the yellow lines in front of the store. Anything else is monthly parking, so be careful not to make a mistake. There are plenty of set menus. I was torn between the popular gyoza set, but I chose the fried chicken set. The white rice in the set can be changed to fried rice for an additional fee. The fried rice is a moist type that I like, but it's a pattern with ham instead of char siu. The fried chicken is tender and comes with something like Osho's Magic Powder. The salad is crunchy shredded radish as a refresher. It's a shop I want to visit again when I'm nearby. At that time, I want to try the gyoza. The beer is Asahi Super Dry. Open only for lunch and closed on Tuesdays. There are only 5 counter seats, so it's easy to enter alone. Besides that, there are 3 tatami seats for 4 people, and 2 tatami seats for 6 people.

An old-fashioned local Chinese restaurant in Kumiyama Town. A set meal with gyoza as the star, and fried rice with a portion that doesn't look like a set. It's not flashy, but everything has a nostalgic and comforting taste. A place that makes me understand why locals keep coming. Recommended for those who like local Chinese food.
