Zundoya in Kumiyama. Zundoya, Takana and garlic fried rice are the best!! For ramen, I ordered Ajitama HOT Ramen, thin noodles with regular back fat. For those who like spicy, this ramen is recommended. There is a kids menu so it's also good for those with children. It seems that extra noodles are free on the 13th of every month.

I went late at night so it was empty and I was guided to a seat immediately!! Ordered Motomi ramen, fried rice, and gyoza as a set! We shared the fried rice and gyoza 🍜🥟 I had it with light back fat and thin noodles ✌🏻 There are also curly noodles but I haven't eaten them yet, I'm curious so next time I go I think I'll try curly noodles 👍

This shop is located along Route 1, across from the west side of Aeon Mall Kumiyama. It is a shop that originated in Himeji but is now developed nationwide. This Kumiyama store was opened in 2019. As it is a large roadside store, it is equipped with a large parking lot. The interior is also spacious, and the service is very polite. "Japanese-style ramen" It's been a long time since I had Japanese-style. It was out of the menu for a while but has been revived since 2 years ago. The pork and seafood soup is made as if it were finished lightly by combining them rather than fusion, and compared to the pork and seafood in town, the seafood stands out more than I thought, and you can feel the Japanese taste strongly. However, it is true that it gives a slightly scattered impression rather than a feeling of supporting or supporting each other. This is just a personal opinion, but considering that balance, maybe the pork could be richer. The thin noodles I chose do not stand out too much, do not disturb the soup, and fit well. I think this is a perfect bowl for those who don't like rich pork.

Ramen chain from the Toridoll group familiar with Marugame Seimen, located along R1 in Morikawabata, Kumiyama Town. Among along R1, this area is especially a ramen chain battlefield, but because this opened at 10:30 (others usually open at 11), I changed my plans and stopped by Ordered a set of Motomi ramen and small fried rice for 1150 yen. It's been a while since Zundoya but it's still rich and thick as usual, but I feel the dilution of the soup and the small amount of noodles are more prominent than before. The fried rice is delicious with a gentle way of frying with fluffy eggs. Top-class evaluation at chain ramen shops I don't like the Toridoll group so my chances of stopping by Zundoya have decreased from before, but when I stop by occasionally, I feel again how delicious it is (especially the fried rice)
