I ordered double soy sauce ramen with chashu topping, and a half-fried rice gyoza set. The double soy sauce ramen, as the menu description says, is sweet, but quite sweet. It wasn't bad. The noodles were also whole wheat? They were firm and good. The fried rice felt bland to me.
View on GoogleLunch visit. A ramen chain that has 3 stores from the east of Osaka Prefecture to the south of Kyoto Prefecture. Because of its roadside location and large parking lot, it is convenient to use when traveling by car. The interior of the store with counter + table + tatami, has a roadside store atmosphere that responds to various situations. In addition to the soy sauce ramen which is the signature menu, there are variations such as salt, miso, etc., as well as a selection of single-portion dishes such as fried foods. Those who order ramen can eat pickles, kimchi, and bean sprout namul for free with self-service. Since this was my first visit today, I ordered the "Tokusei Shoyu" (Special Soy Sauce) which is the signature menu. Because I wanted to eat a lot, I chose the "Chicken Nanban Set" and added a boiled egg topping. After a while, the ramen arrived. Thick soy sauce, thin chashu, and Kujo green onions. Visual that is very "Kyoto ramen" with a little back fat floating. In conclusion, my personal impression is "stable Kyoto ramen taste". Soft sweetness of soy sauce, and medium straight noodles that are easy to bite. There is thick and rich content on the menu, but it turned out to be quite light. Visual of thick soy sauce, but because the impression of the taste and sweetness of soy sauce is stronger than the salty taste, I can drink it until the end. Not very delicious!, but quality that can be eaten deliciously normally, and considering that this is a chain store, the level is high. Side menus can also be eaten deliciously, so total satisfaction is high. Hmm. A very okay shop. Considering the parking lot and the many types of menus and side menus, the usability is very high. Level that makes me think it's okay to go occasionally if it's near my house.
View on GoogleSoy sauce ramen shop as per the signboard. I ordered special soy sauce ramen with seasoned egg. Slightly sweet soy sauce taste, light soup. I think it's delicious, but I want a little more punch. However, maybe it was a coincidence, when I ate the seasoned egg there was a gritty texture, probably eggshell, that was unacceptable. Because of that I gave it 3 stars. What was in the ramen soup seems to be back fat, but today was the first time I ate it, I didn't feel the richness in the soup, so I want to eat it again. Next time I will order special double soy sauce. By the way, since there was chili powder on the table, maybe the soup would be tighter if made spicy. Pickles are free, so I ordered rice. Can bean sprouts be a ramen topping. Takana (pickled mustard greens) is just ordinary. Besides that, there are kimchi and shibazuke, this feels profitable.
View on GoogleToday W soy sauce chashu ramen, seasoned egg topping. It's a pity it will close on 3/26. Next time I will visit the Matsui Yamate store. Special cold ramen gyoza set. The special sauce for cold ramen is not very acidic and the taste is mild, delicious.
View on Google《What I ate》 ■ Half-fried rice set 880 yen * Special soy sauce ramen + half-fried rice Sat at the counter and looked at the menu, there is a rich lineup including set menus 😆 There was a 'Half-fried rice set' which I consider the king of sets, so I ordered it. During weekday lunch, kaedama (noodle refill) is free once! I'm also happy that green onions can be added as much as you want ♪ But the result, if I eat up to half-fried rice, I'm full so I gave up on kaedama. Sweet back fat soy sauce soup, the back fat was not as present as I thought but it was quite oily. But it's surprisingly refreshing to drink. The noodles are quite firm and the fried rice is a moist type, the seasoning is more of a light type. The free service spicy takana is quite spicy if eaten alone, but it's delicious if mixed with fried rice! I doubted whether it would go well with this ramen, so I didn't use it for the ramen. Safe ramen & fried rice, I think I will come to eat again.
