This is 'Soba-dokoro Tachibana' in Kamo-cho, Kizugawa City. The ingredients are mainly natural products, and we make them carefully with heart. Cold soba is two-eight with a refreshing flavor, and ten-percent fragrant (only on weekends and holidays). The broth is also 100% domestic natural. Every year, during the new soba season, we order new soba from about 5 places in the country such as Saitama and Hokkaido, and conduct 'new soba eating comparison'. From October, seasonal duck soup and duck nanban will also appear. Please enjoy the taste of authentic soba using safe ingredients at our shop.

Everything was perfect. The owner was so kind and even helped look after our baby while we ate. Thank you for a wonderful meal.

As others have said the waiting time is ridiculously long. We ordered zaru soba, it came almost an hour later. We had to listen more than once to BGM versions of edelweiss and green sleeves. If it takes that long it needs to be exceptionally good. The portions were small.

The food is delicious. However, wait anyway. For those with free time. Sunday at 0:30. 20 minutes until entering the shop. 40 minutes from order to serving. Let's be prepared for the time until non-alcoholic beer arrives 😛 I was happy that there was an appetizer. The couple in front of us went home after sitting down before ordering. Probably because they felt it took time for each response. The food is unmistakable. For men, I think a large portion is better. The parking lot is large and easy to enter. It seems like it could be a little better.

I went in between train transfers from the train As others have said, the serving time of the food might be a bit long (I was 15 minutes) Soba has a firm texture and I enjoyed it deliciously. They say soba-yu is intentionally made thick. It can be drunk thick even by itself
