Since it was often closed when I passed by this shop, I thought maybe it was only open for lunch, so this time I visited during opening hours! I ordered the Combi Katsu set (medium). Since there is a ranking on the shop's menu, I chose from there. I think the waiting time from ordering until the rice arrives is on the fast side. The amount of rice was large! The shredded cabbage for the salad was so crisp and fresh that I wondered if it was lettuce?? It was delicious! The katsu was crispy and I enjoyed it. The sauce is quite salty. It makes you eat more rice (lol). There was someone eating a rice bowl next to me, so next time I want to try the rice bowl.
View on GoogleI discovered it while looking for a lunch spot near a client I was visiting for the first time on a business trip; the atmosphere is the best, the taste is the best. There are rice bowls and set meals, and there are so many menu items that it's hard to choose. Katsudon large portion, miso soup changed to small udon. The volume is satisfying and it's 1400 yen (large portion 1200 yen, change to small udon 200 yen). I'm a big eater, but this set made me full. Next time I'll have the regular portion and a small udon; I definitely want to go again when I'm here.
View on GoogleThe soup, like red miso soup, was too thick and I couldn't drink it after the second sip. The dressing was soaking wet and put on too much. Also, I understand the shop is narrow, but the table for one person in the back is too short.
View on GoogleUsed for lunch. The location is along National Route 9, and there is parking for about 4 cars. Inside the shop, there were 3 small box seats and about 8-10 counter seats. The recommendation seemed to be the Tonkatsu set. You order in small, medium, or large sizes, but it seems small is enough for a normal person. The sauce was a tonkatsu sauce with a strong acidity, but personally, I enjoyed it. The meat quality is also good for the price, and overall, the cost performance is quite good. Since there are many other menu items, if I have the chance, this is a place I would like to repeat.
View on GoogleI ordered the medium Combi Katsu set, but maybe because it was medium, I didn't feel the volume that others commented about. The tonkatsu is thin and the chicken katsu is like a croquette... But it was delicious and the parking lot has become an easy place to park without me noticing, so if there is another opportunity, I will stop by.
