ラーメンたかばしTakabashi Ramen - Kaomeka
Kyoto Ramen Takabashi prides itself on its clear (chintan) soup cooked every morning with high heat. A feature is the chintan soup taken at the exact moment when only the umami comes out before it turns cloudy, combining dashi made only from domestic pork bones with raw soy sauce brewed at a long-established store in Fushimi, Kyoto. This soup, before any fishiness emerges, is refreshing yet has the deep richness of pork bones, and is exquisitely in harmony with the raw soy sauce from the long-established store in Fushimi, Kyoto.

The recommended ramen is a bit bland for my liking, however I tried the garlic version and was very delicious.
View on GoogleJuly 21, 2026 before 11 PM, no other places 👀w Stopped by on the way to work in Nagaokakyo tomorrow This is my Takabashi debut in Kameoka out of a dozen Kyoto Ramen Takabashi stores Kyoto ramen that has been satisfying the stomachs of Kyoto people for a long time I ate the rich miso ramen gyoza 🥟 rice set for 1310 yen Thank you for being open continuously from noon until 1 AM Is this rich miso ramen a unique Kyoto miso? Vegetables bean sprouts and green onions are crunchy, and there are quite a lot of char siu and bamboo shoots Medium straight, this miso soup has volume and is quite delicious Gyoza 🥟 is also perfectly crispy and chewy There is rice 🍚 too, so I'm full w I haven't come to Kyoto much, so I'm looking forward to Kyoto ramen from now on since I'll be coming often for work in Kyoto w
View on GoogleStopped by on the way back from Kyoto. Open until late, and the parking lot is large, which is helpful! Ordered Takabashi ramen and daily bowl? Volume is good and it's cheap too ◎ However, the taste was the most ordinary among the ramen I've eaten in Kyoto. Service other than taste was perfect.
View on GoogleThe bamboo shoots were rotten. There was quite a lot of acidity and smell. In the kitchen, just chatting, maybe the management of ingredients is also bad. The ramen is so salty that it doesn't feel like Takabashi, the ramen soup is also lukewarm I realized the bamboo shoots were rotten and left the seat.
View on GoogleI had Takabashi ramen with extra meat Is it pork bone? Delicious thick but refreshing soup with a sourness that feels chicken-based Noodles are also straight and the soup clings well, delicious Char siu also has a slightly dry texture and has umami, delicious Bamboo shoots and other ingredients also have a strong presence and the whole thing has volume I would like to go again when I stop by Kameoka
