This is an authentic and fantastic specialty coffee beans shop with a great selection of single-origin beans. They offer tastings for some of the coffees, and I was genuinely impressed by how flavorful each one was. After buying Kenya and Ethiopian coffee beans with particularly clear flavor, I ordered a cappuccino—and it was amazing. The balance between the coffee and milk was just right, and honestly, it was the best cup of coffee I’ve had during this trip in Japan. And also the young male barista was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly a high-level professional. He shared detailed insights about the flavors, origins, farms, and processing methods of the beans. Talking with him added so much depth to the experience—I really enjoyed our conversation. To be honest, I was really surprised to find such a high-level coffee shop in a place like this—it was completely unexpected. I feel truly lucky and happy. It was one of the most wonderful memories of my trip to Japan. I’ll definitely come back the next trip.

前からずっと気になっていたスペシャルティコーヒーの専門店。 以前よく通ってたFlavor treeの実質本店のようなお店でここで焙煎されているようです。 市内にはたくさんオシャレでスタイリッシュなスペシャルティコーヒーの店が増えてきて趣味でいろんな店を巡ってますが、ここのコーヒーは今まで飲んだものとは明らかに格が違いました！ カプチーノはエスプレッソとミルクの一体感が素晴らしく、甘くて口当たりも最高、ゲイシャのドリップは風味豊かで店員さんの言う通り飲む温度でどんどん味が変わっていって最後まで味わいの変化を楽しめました。 大きめのカップにたっぷり入ってるので味の変化を楽しめるのもとてもよかったです。 市内からはそれなりに遠いですが、このコーヒーが飲めるなら時間をかけてでも行く価値ありです！ 店内の雰囲気も落ち着いていて、連休の最後にとても良い時間を過ごせました。 気取った感じも全くなく、まさに名店です。
