Our shop handles 3 types of miso ramen: Hokkaido Miso, Shinshu Miso, and Edomae Miso. We have prepared several menus such as 'Miso-zuke Aburi Chashu-men', 'Niku Negi Ramen', and 'Yasai Ramen'. We have prepared menus that focus on miso such as 'Gyoza eaten with miso sauce'. If by car, please use the shared parking lot with Sandy. (along Route 24)

Our family likes to eat here at least once a month. The ramen as well as their gyoza, karaage, and buns are all tasty and delicious. Service is superb. Atmosphere is calm and pleasant. We always leave feeling full and satisfied. This is one of our favorite ramen shop to eat at since moving to Joyo two years ago. Highly recommend.

I came on the 13th anniversary service day. Past 7 PM, there was a crowd in front of the store. The response of the staff guiding at the storefront showed their good personality. My companion had Shinshu miso ramen [one large portion], I had Edomae miso ramen. I hadn't eaten miso ramen much before, but it was creamy and very delicious~ When paying, I was given a free topping coupon, so I want to go again.

Indeed delicious😋 I went to the Joyo branch for the first time, but with this I have been around 4 stores: National Route 1 - Chiba Gyotoku store - Momoyama store - Joyo store. It's fun that even in the same Tadokoro Shoten, the taste and service-atmosphere are slightly different, honestly (haha). It seems unified, but of course there is individuality. At this Joyo store, I felt the taste and welcoming friendliness of the staff that is not at the National Route 1 store, and it was a store that made me truly think 'I want to go again' for a repeat order☺️ The smile of the staff taking orders and the 'welcome!' smile and confidence, and the authentic miso ramen backed by that, which this shop wants to provide, 'authentic miso ramen that you can eat every day'. Although the punch is softer compared to other stores, the thick and deep soup, noodles, ingredients, and the 1 free topping coupon that I have never seen at other stores, I felt that this is a very comfortable store and has an atmosphere that makes me want to repeat order again, a store that is excellent in both quality and substance☺️ Before going, I saw on Google Maps '12 noon - crowded', so I thought this was the result of the local residents responding to the good impression and taste like me😄 I was torn with the seasonal Ibaraki miso ramen, but because it had been a while, I finally went with Hokkaido miso ramen aburi chashu-men with seasoned egg topping. That was the right choice (haha). Recommended. It might be crowded at lunch time, but there is a large free parking lot, so it's a store that is easy to visit! Thank you for the meal✨(*^^*)

[Kyoto Miyabi Shiro Miso Ramen] Animal-based soup using pork bones and chicken is finished with white miso, has a mellow richness and sweetness, and chewy thick curly noodles with high water content are combined. Kyoto-style ingredients such as green onions and fresh yuba are used, and I enjoyed it deliciously.

Since there is a branch in Momoyama, I knew of the store's existence, but this is my first time entering. Like a miso ramen shop, I thought 'this is authentic' because there are three types of miso. Since it was written that Hokkaido miso is the thickest, I ordered Hokkaido miso chashu ramen and miso fried rice (?) as a set. The ramen, the miso was thicker and mellower than I thought, and delicious. For me, potatoes are not needed... maybe. Also, I'm happy that the chashu is thick, but I thought it would be better if it was a little softer. The set fried rice was reasonably delicious. But, that set was 1881 yen including tax, right? I feel 1881 yen for that amount of fried rice is quite bold. It's delicious, but not a price that can be visited casually.
