I was finally able to visit this place that I had been curious about for a long time. I ordered Eijiro/Miso. There are plenty of vegetables, and the thick chashu and garlic are reminiscent of the Jiro style. The miso soup is rich and deep, and the taste with infinite depth is wonderful. By adding garlic, a 'junkie' feel is added, and the spicy taste is a good accent. The medium-thick noodles have a chewy texture and go well with the soup. The chashu is thick and grilled, making it fragrant and filling. A bowl with a high degree of perfection, I want to try other ramen next time.
View on GoogleIf it's miso in Kyoto, this is recommended. It's as delicious as the miso I ate in Sapporo, a fierce battleground. A taste close to Junren or Sumire, a slightly rich soup. The umami of miso and dashi is effective. A little spicy. This time I had Eijiro miso ramen. Jiro style is a large-serving ramen conscious of the pile and using garlic. A ramen with a high degree of perfection, it makes me want to eat it many times. Recommended.
View on GoogleEijiro/Miso Seasoned egg topping Visit after 3 months. Last time I had salt, so this time I had this bowl that is said to be popular. Under the chopped garlic, there are green onions, bean sprouts, cabbage. Large grilled chashu. I ate the flat noodles greedily. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleI visited on a weekday lunch. I arrived around 12 o'clock, and it seems I was the first customer of the day. I ordered salt ramen, and my companion ordered soy sauce ramen. It seems they measure the boiling time strictly with a timer, and expectations for quality increased before serving. Since there were no other customers, the serving was very fast. The salt ramen soup was piping hot and very delicious. It was light but not lacking, a satisfying bowl. It was a pity that the chashu was a bit hard and difficult to bite, but since the chashu of my companion's soy sauce ramen was soft, it might have been a coincidence. Next time I want to try garlic salt ramen. The atmosphere of the shop was also good, and the service of the owner couple also made a good impression.

Provides ramen using rare chashu and thin noodles for regular ramen, and thick grilled chashu and thick noodles for Eijiro style. <Taste> Eijiro style miso ramen with strong raw garlic.
