We walked here from the bus stop at Ine Funaya on a very hot day and were quite sweaty by the time we climbed the stairs to the restaurant at the top of the hill. The prices were fair for a tourist destination, and the food was good, especially the very fresh sashimi. There is also a great view of the bay from outside the restaurant. The building itself felt a little run down, however, and the service was not particularly friendly.

Had the aburi sashimi don today — super generous portions with thick, big cuts of fish. Lightly torched, fresh inside, and full of flavour. Definitely worth the price. Highly recommend 👍

Quick service (less than 10 minutes of waiting). The waitress : not very kind. We asked (in Japanese) a table for 5. They pointed us at a table for 4 so we guessed we could add a cushion. But then, the waitress just told us not kindly at all that we had to split 3 & 2. The food : sashimi weren't that fresh or especially good. We were expecting fresh fish from Ine Fishing Village. We can say it was average taste. A bit pricey for the quality of the food. The view was very nice however (4.3/5).

Very nice view of Ine Town. Recommend coming 10 mins early before restaurant open for nice table. Deep fried oysters are recommended - super juicy. Food is in set menu so it’s easy to choose. Green tea is included in the set menu already
