This is a seafood restaurant located right near the Fukuchiyama Castle parking lot. I came for a late lunch, before 3 PM, but was welcomed warmly. The 4-topping seafood bowl has sashimi that feels fresh and firm, and is delicious. Because it's cut into large pieces, the balance with the rice is also good. The daily grilled fish set meal is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, with just the right amount of salt, and the dashi-infused rolled omelet makes the rice go down easily. Since it was near a tourist spot and past lunch time, I didn't expect much, but I found a great place. Parking available.

From Hiroshima, where I'm stationed, I stopped by Kobe and then went to Fukuchiyama. Before visiting Fukuchiyama Castle, I had lunch here. Seafood bowl 1,580 yen Dry Zero 450 yen Clean interior with a calm atmosphere. I was able to have a delicious meal. I paid with PayPay. (You could see this shop from the castle too. It's the shop right in the middle with the maroon noren curtain)

Yurano Garden" at the foot of Fukuchiyama Castle. Shukutoku Gyoen Uofuku is a creative Japanese restaurant inside Yurano Garden. I had a dinner opportunity and visited for the first time. The interior has a calm, modern Japanese atmosphere. I had the course meal, and the oyster kadaif was beautiful and a flavor I personally like. It's a restaurant with a strong seafood impression, but I was impressed that vegetable and meat menus like hot salad and beef stew, as well as Western dishes, were also carefully prepared. It's a popular lunch spot, so I'd like to visit during lunch next time.

There are private rooms, so it's recommended to make a reservation. I think there were tatami rooms (with chairs) where you take off your shoes, and seats where you keep them on... Dinner feels like a fusion of Italian and Japanese. The chef apparently has training experience in Chinese and Italian cuisine. The pizza dough is handmade. The steak and sashimi are also delicious. It feels like they are particular about the plates used for serving.

Every dish was delicious in both taste and appearance, cooked by a chef with solid skills ♡ If it were near my house, I'd want to go twice a month. Take-out hors d'oeuvres start from 150 yen per item, and the raw fish is so fresh that I'd want to stop by and buy it on days I don't want to cook, but it's a pity my house is too far (T_T) The 9-kind sashimi platter was beautiful as shown in the photo, and everything was so fresh and delicious. The tofu salad had plenty of smooth, soft tofu, and the dressing had a gentle flavor that went well with the meat dishes. It was delicious. Pork kimchi and meat pizza (thin crust so you don't have to worry about cholesterol) were also delicious, and it turns out they are good at cheese dishes too, and the steamed chicken dashi ochazuke was also delicious. I want to come again (*^^*)♡!
