Guurindai has been in Fukuchiyama for over ten years as 'Guurindai' for tsukemen, along with 'Fukuchian Main Store' for ramen and 'Kashiwabara-cho Fukuchian' for ramen and tsukemen. We serve thick whole wheat noodles with seafood broth & rich tonkotsu soup. Cold days are still continuing, but finally the very popular spring tsukemen, called plum tsukemen, has started. 1050 yen. Seasonal limited! Popular with women, recommended! Parking is available at the municipal parking lot west of the home center Konan (100 yen per hour), parking inside the station (1 hour free). The shop is a 2-minute walk from the station's north exit. Right across from the station. When you enter, there is a ticket machine...

This ramen shop is located just in front of the station, and it specialises in tsukemen. I ordered the normal tsukemen with extra noodles, and im surprised by the amount of veggies that came in the broth. The broth was delicious with its fatness and lightness of the veggies balancing well. The noodles was cooked perfectly giving it a good texture. After finishing your, you could order rice to stick into the remaining broth to have a soup rice.

The tsukemen is great here with a rich flavor. The portions are a little big. A recommendation is the vegetable tsukemen with fresh veggies from the area.

202512 Tsukemen shop in front of Fukuchiyama Station. It was a weekday lunch, but the ramen shops around here were almost full and queuing. There were about 5 people waiting inside here too, but I was able to sit in less than 10 minutes. The system is to buy a meal ticket first. I wanted to eat Jiro without soup with garlic, but thinking about work after this, I chose tsukemen. You can also order it hot. Thick noodles with rich dipping sauce. I enjoyed it.

Came to Fukuchiyama and wanted to eat ramen, after going around, I found this tsukemen shop. The service of the man who seems to be Indian was very good, and I thought he could serve foreigners. As for tsukemen, the noodles are thick and delicious, and although the soup is seafood-based, it tastes light. Rare for a tsukemen shop, there is a draining net at the bottom of the noodle container, and if you go to a normal tsukemen shop, it's sloppy, so the noodles end up watery, but here the noodles tasted the same from beginning to end. The taste changes as you eat, and each taste is different, I was able to eat it well, and if you put rice in at the end, it tastes like porridge, and it was a satisfying taste until the end. I think it's a chain store, but this was very good.

In the shop description it says 'thick noodles', but it was thinner than I thought, so I could eat it quickly. The broth full of seafood flavor was good. It's just that the inside of the shop was very quiet like a funeral home. No energy? No life... or for those who want to eat quietly, I think it's just right. So, 4 stars.
