🍜 Tenkaippin – Fukuchiyama Branch We visited this ramen shop today during our trip to Fukuchiyama. I ordered the miso ramen, and it was tasty — a nice, balanced flavor. However, the gyoza dumplings and fried rice were not as good as I expected. In my opinion, the fried rice could be better if it was served hotter and cooked with more heat. I also felt it needed more seasoning — the taste was too light for me. The ramen is good here, but I think the side dishes could be improved.

The atmosphere, service, and speed of serving are very good in my opinion. I almost always order 'rich', but since it's been a long time I ordered 'light', so I'll post a photo. This is a soup that can be enjoyed, light and delicious. I ordered the rich tenshinhan set, so I also enjoyed the rich one. If you mix the noodles into this soup, you can also eat rich ramen. Still delicious as always, a taste that makes me want to eat it periodically.

Tenkaippin Fukuchiyama Branch Rich extra large 1,370 yen It's been a long time since I came to Fukuchiyama, among many ramen shops, for some reason I really wanted to eat Tenkaippin and came. Parking is not only in front of the shop, but also in a place down from the right side of the shop, I thought it would take time until I sat down, but the counter seats were empty. But still, 17 minutes from ordering until it comes is a bit long. This ramen that I've been eating since I was a student, it's delicious😋 One and only‼️ The noodles and char siu are also flawless. I put in spicy miso, but garlic seasoning doesn't come out unless you ask... I realized after looking at the photo of the menu😭 Although it's called extra large, +450 yen from regular, it's not very cost-effective❗️ 4 stars maybe.
