なか卯 福知山堀店Nakau Fukuchiyama Hori
A parent-child chain located near Fukuchiyama Station, Fukuchiyama Castle, and Sandanike Park. "Nakau", a bowl and Kyoto-style udon restaurant, works every day to satisfy all customers who come by providing delicious menus at affordable prices quickly. The standard parent-child donburi made by hand one by one in the shop using Nakau's proud dashi and "special eggs" with rich flavor is a dish that does not lose to specialists. Please enjoy it together with elegant udon finished with Kansai-style dashi. Takeout is also very welcome.

One of the few places to eat after midnight
View on GoogleWent to "Nakau Fukuchiyama Hori" for breakfast. I visited around 8 AM during spring break. There are tables and counters in the shop, and I was able to sit without waiting. Order at the ticket machine. [Special egg breakfast (small rice portion)] As soon as I sat down, it was brought immediately. This speed is indeed wonderful. Speaking of Nakau, the rich and flavorful eggs are popular. You can get a breakfast set centered on that egg for just 300 yen. Using the same eggs as the flagship parent-child donburi, the richness of the yolk is quite amazing. Even if put on rice, the deliciousness is not lost, and I was surprised by the richness. Miso soup is mixed miso, this is also thick. There are 3 types of ingredients: green onions, seaweed, and fried tofu. The fried tofu is large but not sweet and lacking. Well, since the miso is thick, it's no problem at all. The price is cheap and very satisfied. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleSince there are many types of bowls, udon, and soba, I find it very helpful. Because it's a shop built a few years ago and is clean, and the cleaning is thorough, I can eat comfortably. Also, because there is a drive-through at this shop, takeout can also be done smoothly.
View on GoogleRice was stuck to the tray. Rice was stuck in clumps at the bottom of the rice bowl. Simply dirty. Since it's a chain, the taste is delicious everywhere, and this shop is also delicious. But when it comes to evaluation, it becomes cleanliness, etc. In the midst of that, food serving is slower than other Nakau, and even though there are 3 staff, a sufficient number, it is served without noticing that rice is crushed and stuck to the tray and rice is stuck to the bottom of the rice bowl, so I have to give an evaluation like this. Even if I visit again, I won't expect and will probably use it out of necessity. I don't think I'll come alone.
View on Google3 stars for service is not for the shop, but for the fact that the touch panel operation when ordering is difficult to understand. Since point card reading and settlement must also be done entirely by yourself, short-tempered people or those who are not used to it will go home without ordering. If it's bad, they will complain to the staff. I felt this is a point that should be improved. The shop is clean and the staff goes around the tables cheerfully and calls out, I feel warmth. From ordering until the food comes out is very fast. Chopsticks are not disposable chopsticks, and drink straws also use eco-friendly materials. Ordered unaju set, matcha latte (with warabimochi), salmon onion bowl with fried chicken and miso soup set. It can be eaten deliciously even when taken home, but of course it is more delicious if eaten freshly made in the shop. Miso soup with seasonal ingredients soaked into the body. I didn't order this time, but the pudding is exquisite. I know the difficulty of maintaining this quality by being open 24 hours is not unusual, but I want to support it.
