I think this is a tonkotsu ramen shop that is polite and sober. The charm of this restaurant is that you can change the taste of Takana, red ginger, sesame and garlic. One of my favorite ramen restaurant!

I booked a business hotel near Wadayama Station after passing through Fukuchiyama City from Miyazu City and entering Hyogo Prefecture🏨🫡 I was heading to the business hotel thinking 'I'm so sleepy', but I was lured in by the words 'Nagahama Ramen'❗😂 I thought I came at a quiet time after lunch, but the parking lot was almost full and the shop was packed with people waiting🈵️🤩 After waiting a bit, I took a seat🙋 It's a very local ramen, but the further you are from home, the more you miss it❗🤣 And, the Nagahama Ramen was consistently delicious~🥰💕

The system is to buy a ticket at the vending machine to order. Maybe I'm not compatible with this ticket machine, it was a bit difficult. Well, as for the ramen, it was delicious. I understood why they call themselves Nagahama Ramen. In the middle of eating, if you add fresh garlic, takana, red ginger, and sesame to change the flavor, it tastes many times better. There is plenty of parking, so large trucks won't have any trouble. Thank you for the meal.
