At "Shunsai Chubo Minato" in Matsunawate, Fukuchiyama City. What I received was assorted carpaccio, hamburger and tongue stew, and today's pasta (squid ink pasta). All the dishes made by the chef who honed his skills in Gion were delicate and delicious, and the pairing with wine was also wonderful. Revisit for lunch in June 2026. The hamburger and fried shrimp set is a luxurious set with a hamburger, large head-on fried shrimp, and a half-boiled fried egg on a hot iron plate. The legendary lunch B is full of side dishes such as hamburger, pork ginger, croquette, fried fish, etc.! This is also served on a hot iron plate. Both include rice, miso soup, pickles, and salad. The miso soup was "fish head soup" which is also a nice point. Many people visit, it might be better to reserve.

The shop had a nice calm atmosphere when entering rather than its appearance. Ordered the omakase lunch set, sashimi, and grilled or boiled fish (today was sea bream). And the fillet katsu, tonkatsu, and cream croquette lunch set. Omakase is a Japanese-Western mix and looks delicious and the tension rises. The taste is also good and very satisfied. The sea bream was grilled with salt, and this was also a good fish with fluffy meat that could be seen at a glance and was very delicious. Almost all lunch sets come with tea soba, but I was happy that they gave me stew instead when I told them I couldn't eat it due to allergies. I think this is a good shop when you want to eat a slightly luxurious lunch.

Visited for lunch. I received the Hajime lunch set. The grilled meat also has a strong volume, and is served on a bowl with sweet sauce along with other grilled vegetables. Lunch prices are set high, but since the atmosphere of the shop is also good, I think it's good for eating slowly. The night also felt good, so I want to go with alcohol next time.
