My friend from Maizuru recommended this place and said they’ve won some noodle/ramen award. I went on the day when they had a special Kyosho wheat fest menu. The hand-made udon is so good!!! Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Fukuchiyama.

View on GoogleInside the shop does not use air conditioning and uses fans, so it is quite sultry in summer. Parking is across the shop and can accommodate 4, 5 cars. Style of buying meal tickets first and waiting in front of the shop. Before opening, write name. Inside the shop is American🇺🇸. I enjoyed cold tsukemen. Seafood broth permeated the noodles and was delicious ※In the past I also enjoyed seafood-based ramen. Delicious.
View on GoogleSaturday, parked in the gravel parking lot in front of the shop for about 5 cars. 11:15 bought meal ticket, lined up 4th in front of the shop. After opening there is no name recording. 11:40 seated, 12:10 food served, explained. What I ordered was premium tsukemen 2,500 yen. Enjoyed noodles with Okinawa salt, soy sauce made in wooden barrels, after that enjoyed chewy noodles by dipping into dipping soup with floating pork fat. Dividing soup is served first in a bowl with noodles, after finishing eating tsukemen, style of throwing it into dipping soup at any time. The feeling of wanting to serve good ingredients deliciously, and the feeling of wanting it to be eaten deliciously was conveyed. There is no concept of efficiency or turnover rate, I think it was a meal where the shop and customers could face each other. The taste was of course delicious. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleVisited after 13:00 on Monday. No outside line and could enter smoothly. When trying to choose ramen at the ticket machine, staff said, "Sorry, there is only tsukemen"... Because it was a bit cold I intended ramen, but forced to buy tsukemen and sat at the counter. Previous customers were only 2 people at the counter, 1 group of 4 people at the table. While looking around the interior of the shop that is not like a ramen shop, tsukemen was served. Noodles are standard portion but the volume is quite a lot. There are 2 types of char siu, menma, green onions, and wonton skin? wide noodles? sitting. Dipping soup is only green onions but this soup, I tasted it directly one bite but delicious!! Noodles are thick noodles and white noodles like udon. Is it difficult to lift with disposable chopsticks? At the end, the base of my thumb almost cramped... haha Noodles and dipping soup match well. I received dividing soup and drank it until finished!!! Customer next door ate 2 bowls of ramen.
