I visited at lunch time. Since it was a weekday, I was able to enter immediately without waiting. Ordering via the touch panel was convenient. The food is delivered by a robot, so I could use the place without hesitation. The interior was calm, and I was able to enjoy my meal slowly. I would like to use it again.

Since the reviews aren't very good, I went without expectations and my bad premonition came true. The taste is very ordinary, with no redeeming qualities. After entering, the staff didn't come out for a while, so I sat down on my own. Even when other customers came in, the staff remained silent. Only the entrance sensor reacted cheerfully. After some time passed and customers started coming in, they started greeting people upon arrival. Tea didn't come out either, so I wondered if it was self-service? There was fine trash on the table and the stand for the ordering tablet, even though it was early after opening. I could forgive the dirty window frames, but I hated seeing food scraps on the floor. If you want to eat katsu don in an unhygienic environment, go ahead. I thought the competing katsu don chains were many times better. Since it's a chain store, I thought the minimum quality would be maintained, so I was disappointed.

Since it's a chain store, I didn't expect much, but the large fried shrimp and fried oysters were very delicious🤤✨✨ The loin katsu was quite thin though. Haha The batter was crispy and delicious. I think the cost performance is the best. Even though it was a busy time at the end of the year, the turnover was fast and the staff was efficient, so I was able to get in immediately. I had the 120g aged loin katsu set meal and tonjiru for 1000 yen. I also had the aged fillet katsu don + tonjiru and pickle set for 960 yen. Nowadays, for this price, this set meal is a bargain. There are few staff members, so it's inevitable that the service is lacking. The taste is decent and the volume is reasonable, so I think they are doing their best.

Since it's cheap, the taste is just okay. I think it's fine if you want to eat reasonably. However, I happened to be sitting right next to the kitchen and was very surprised to hear a male staff member complaining about? or bad-mouthing other employees in a loud voice. Please do that in a place where customers can't hear.
