Stopped by for lunch. The ramen was light and delicious. Thank you for the meal! The shop is very clean and quiet, and you can enjoy your food while looking at Fukuchiyama Castle right in front of you. If I had to say, I wish the portion was a little bigger...
View on GoogleA Chinese restaurant with a view of Fukuchiyama Castle. Located near the "Fukuchiyama Castle Park" bus stop, access is good. The first floor is a parking lot, and the second floor, up the stairs, is the restaurant. I had the shop's popular menu items, hot and sour ramen and gyoza. The hot and sour ramen has a spicy and sour soup that is addictive. It's thick, so it warms the body in the cold season. The gyoza are bite-sized and easy to eat. Perhaps because they are reasonably priced among the food menu, it seems like almost everyone orders them. There are many menu items, so I'd like to try others next time.
View on GoogleI had fried rice, tenshinhan, fried chicken, and pepper steak. Everything was very delicious, and my husband was especially happy with the seasoning of the tenshinhan! It has a gentle flavor.
View on GoogleI went because it was recommended. I didn't know when it opened, and it was always closed whenever I passed by, so I was finally able to go. The tenshinhan had a gentle, nostalgic Chinese restaurant taste. The well-cooked egg matched well with the gently seasoned sauce. For the gyoza sauce, it's recommended to use 6 parts vinegar, 4 parts soy sauce, and a little chili oil, so I tried that. Since the gyoza are on the soft side, tastes might vary. Next time I want to eat fried chicken. Apparently, they use Tajima chicken.
View on GoogleAfter seeing Fukuchiyama Iru Mirai Mirai 2020 ~Akaki Hikari~, the castle town built by Akechi Mitsuhide, I looked for a Chinese restaurant nearby and entered around 8:30 PM. The bite-sized gyoza and gomoku ramen had a strong ginger flavor. The yakisoba was even better. I ordered extra fried rice, but they said the rice was out, so I gave up.
