Addition 14/8/2026: Entered with a reservation at 6 PM. 1. The handling of children and AC consideration by the beautiful sister who served us was wonderful. 2. Ordering is now done via tablet. Not everything has been improved, but I felt the effort, so I'll add 2 stars as a form of support! I had all-you-can-eat at Gyu-Kaku for the first time in a while! I feel like the meat was better when it wasn't all-you-can-eat, but for this all-you-can-eat price, it was okay. ☆Complaints compared to all-you-can-eat elsewhere☆ 1. It's quite troublesome to scan the barcode every time you order. 2. It's a shame there was no cucumber kimchi in the all-you-can-eat. It's available where I often go. 3. Even though I went to the trouble of reading the barcode to order, some were not brought. Please improve.
View on GoogleDid the store manager change when I went after a long time? Everywhere I looked, seats, around the cash register, everything was full of dust! Even though I went right after opening, the ashtray in front of the store was full of cigarette butts, I don't know how long it hadn't been emptied! Even if the meat is delicious, it has become a very unhygienic store! Although it was Sunday lunch time, there were few customers, and a foreign staff member said (there's nothing to do) in broken language, but in my heart (no, clean up!) I retorted (haha).
View on GoogleA lawless zone of part-timers until I thought I had come to another country! They were noisy and didn't take orders, I ordered various things and the first thing that came was rice, 10 minutes later roast, 5 minutes later salt tongue, items that were cancelled were also included in the bill. The lack of dexterity is below a school cultural festival, it's amazing this store exists in Japan! This is really a Gyu-Kaku that makes me feel bad.
View on GoogleToday I used it for the first time. I thought it would be troublesome, but since my husband and I didn't know anything, the female staff took the time to teach us the difference between all-you-can-eat courses, which is more profitable with a la carte, etc. The explanation was soft, very easy to understand, and polite, and I was very impressed that the price was exactly as stated. I saw her teaching the staff who seemed to be new very politely and kindly. The price is reasonable, and there is also all-you-can-drink free for people who are drivers (juice), so it's easy to go and I want to use it again.
View on GoogleAddictive spicy noodles... anyway, it's salty. I couldn't finish it and left it... sorry. This time I used the all-you-can-eat lunch for 1800 yen... once again the seaweed soup is salty (haha). Because it's all-you-can-eat, no leftovers allowed... too painful~ (haha).
