For classic ramen loved in Kyoto/Fukuchiyama, go to "Tokusei Ramen Daiichi Asahi Fukuchiyama". We offer a bowl of ramen that you won't get tired of eating every day, with a "rich, light soup" cooked in our own shop and the umami of special soy sauce. Whole pork bones and backbones that have been bled are cooked over high heat throughout business hours, condensing the mellow sweetness and umami. The special soy sauce sauce that soaks pork belly and pork thigh meat cooked in the shop in special soy sauce, as well as back fat, further enhances the richness of the soup. There are many ramen shops named Daiichi Asahi, but there was one in Fukuchiyama too. It's a roadside shop with a complete parking lot. It seems they are open continuously, so I went around 3 PM. There were more types of ramen than I thought, so this time I chose simple ramen. I could choose the size of fried rice as a set. It was simple soy sauce ramen and delicious. I was impressed that the serving was quite fast. I want to go again.
View on GoogleAlthough it's narrow, the serving speed is fast and it's a comfortable shop. Some menus have increased in price, but you can eat at a relatively reasonable price. Since the parking lot is narrow, those with large cars need to have some parking technique.
View on GoogleLarge ramen 990 yen (said to be 2 servings). Vegetable increase 170 yen. Total 1160 yen including tax. It was delicious. The volume was also just right.
View on GoogleIt seems to be a shop from a different series than the original Daiichi Asahi at Kyoto Station. Soke Hirose-ke Daiichi Asahi. Maybe it branched off somewhere. I don't know much, but it seems to be a chain with several stores. Enter the shop and order. I chose the Special which seems to be the most popular. It's 790 yen. After a while, the bowl arrived. A thick soup with plenty of back fat came out. I really like this taste that is thick but can be eaten heartily. Is this a characteristic of Kyoto ramen? It goes well with green onions and is delicious. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleAlthough the shop is hard to call clean, it's a shop that is almost full after 11 AM on weekdays. I think the main one is the soy sauce ramen called Special ramen, but since I like salt ramen, I ordered salt ramen regular 800 yen and fried rice regular about 400 yen. The fried rice looked light, but it was my favorite fried rice with the effective saltiness of the char siu's saltiness. The salt ramen is a salt ramen with a taste that I personally really like that makes me feel nostalgic. Since I go to Fukuchiyama periodically, I want to stop by again.
