An okonomiyaki shop bustling with local regulars. "Usuyaki" Fukuchiyama's soul food. Okonomiyaki made with a thin, crepe-like batter topped with chopped beef tendon, cooked chikuwa, and green onions. It includes shredded cabbage that other shops don't use, and the gentle sweetness and heartiness were amazing. "Shio Yakisoba" Exquisite noodles with a deep chicken-based umami and a satisfying texture. It's light yet incredibly satisfying. "Shiru Soba" Yakisoba moved to a bowl and topped with Chinese soup—it's essentially yakisoba ramen. A perfect dish to finish the meal.

A community-based shop! This is usuyaki okonomiyaki, which might be exclusive to Fukuchiyama. There are plenty of yakisoba and a la carte menu items, so you won't get bored. I'm also happy that the prices are reasonable.
