I visited when I accompanied my girlfriend's homecoming because it was a shop with a local reputation. I had do-do-do tonkotsu and chashu bowl (regular), the ramen was very rich, with a viscosity like Tenkaippin which is Kyoto, and it was very delicious. The menu is also rich, and I want to try various other menus. I want to stop by again as a shop that has been loved locally for a long time.

Visit on a weekday night. There were 2 groups of customers before. When entering, an energetic "Welcome!"! This alone is a good impression. They bring water immediately. I ordered the rich dododo tonkotsu ramen 870 yen and mini chashu bowl 230 yen. Served in less than 10 minutes, I am happy that the serving is fast. First from the soup... This is indeed rich. There is a solid tonkotsu taste, and the soup balanced with garlic and back fat makes the food go. The impression is that tonkotsu is stronger than Ten-ichi, and I prefer this one. The soup is very satisfying, but the noodles are too soft...!! Laughs. I will ask if it is possible to order hard when ordering next time. Chashu has a moderate thickness and was delicious. About the mini chashu bowl... The sauce that is considered to be the same as ramen is sprinkled, and combined with the original seasoning of chashu, this also makes chopsticks go. The rice was packed densely laughs. The price is also cheap at 230 yen, and this is also my favorite. One thing that is a pity is the way to cook rice. I preferred a little less water so that the rice grains stand up more. There are requests for noodles and rice, but while eating, I could hear energetic and active customer service, and it was comfortable from beginning to end. Set menu is profitable at weekday lunchtime. I ordered soy sauce ramen 😚🍜 (seafood soup) and yakiniku set menu (with small rice). The ramen was a light soup ramen where you can taste seafood. Also, the yakiniku set was delicious for me. Next time I will eat miso ramen, salt ramen, tonkotsu ramen. Also, there are chashu bowl, fried chicken, etc., and I want to eat them. This time I ate seafood clam salt ramen (limited) and gyoza 🥟. Salt ramen 🍜 is also a light type ramen like soy sauce ramen. For me, both salt and soy sauce ramen are my favorite tastes, but if you like strong tastes, please try dododo tonkotsu ramen. I came to the shop after a long time. The ramen menu content has not changed, but some employees and set contents have changed.

I thought I wanted to go, but I couldn't go, but finally I was able to go eat (laughs). I ate do, do, do, tonkotsu ramen double. The taste is like a thick version of tonkotsu soy sauce? I enjoyed it. The soup feels a bit strong tonkotsu smell, so maybe there are people who don't like it?. Also, it is a little unfortunate that the unique smell of chashu is strong, so it is unfortunate... Chashu should be cut from the block just before serving to the customer so that the smell does not come out. Also, double noodles (two balls) in a regular bowl with the same amount of soup is something that should be thought about... It is a pity that the noodles in the bowl become dense and clump together... I feel that the kaedama system is better... If I go next time, I want to eat different noodles, but maybe it is better to go to the nearby Tenkaippin than a shop far from home~ (laughs)
