A ramen shop originating from Kyoto. The noodles are their signature homemade blend of 3 types of Hokkaido wheat. They serve rich chicken tonkotsu ramen (soy sauce, salt, miso)—made by boiling chicken bones, chicken meat, and pork bones until the broth is opaque—and Taiwan mazesoba.

Simply delicious Ramen and other noodles. The spicy level for tantan noodles is just right, not too spicy.

A local ramen chain from Kyoto. The main dishes are rich chicken paitan and mazesoba. You buy tickets at a machine and get your own water. It gets crowded at lunchtime. This time I tried the standard chicken paitan soy sauce ramen. Although the soup is rich, it wasn't overpowering and was delicious. Next time I want to try the mazesoba.
