Chinese restaurant near a large supermarket. Seems to push spicy menus like tantanmen. The tantanmen's meat miso was quite sweet and in total it didn't feel that spicy. The fried rice was loose and delicious.

A shop I heard was popular in Ayabe, a shop I had wanted to visit for a long time. I visited before 20:00 and some things were sold out, but they accepted me happily. Homemade chili oil tantanmen. Quite spicy. Not the usual sweet and spicy, but the sweetness of sesame soup and the spiciness of chili oil, each is there. Every time I eat, I feel sweetness, or the spiciness is strong, it's interesting, and I drank the soup to the end. It was a cold night in October, but I sweated a lot. Yurinchi. Crispy coating with green onions, tomatoes, and sauce. The tomatoes have the right acidity and flavor, work well, easy to eat, I could eat it alone. Next time I want to eat the popular shumai and gyoza.

I went for lunch❗️ Ordered the tantanmen set menu, it seems the owner manages it alone so it takes a little time to serve. Tantanmen is a soup where you can feel the flavor, richness, and sweetness of sesame, and the spiciness of chili oil comes afterwards, a deep finish❗️ The fried rice was also gently seasoned and delicious. I also ordered annin tofu for dessert, the texture was thick and creamy, very delicious♪ I want to visit again, thank you for the meal❗️

Tantanmen looks spicy but the sweetness of the meat miso wins so for those who like spicy it might be a little 🥹 Fried rice was delicious but the volume was too much so I'm full 🥳

First time visiting last weekend. From the menu, I chose the homemade tantanmen displayed as a recommendation, crab lettuce fried rice, and fried chicken. The shop person said it would take a little time, but because it is managed alone, that was no problem. The fried chicken that came first was delicious! The meat is chewy and the coating is not thick, I can enjoy the taste of the meat fully. It matches the accompanying pepper and feels good. Tantanmen soup is not just spicy but the flavor of sesame? or something comes out properly and it is rich and delicious. The noodles are also just the right hardness. For me who doesn't like spicy, I was able to enjoy the tantanmen here deliciously. Crab lettuce fried rice looks simple, but the seasoning is exquisitely good, not too thin not too thick, fried rice that is like fried rice. The lettuce also didn't wilt until the end, it was crispy. I hesitated whether to order shumai and gyoza, but I will make it a pleasure next time.
