About 20 minutes by car from the nearest intersection (Kyotanba Wachi). I really like the atmosphere of the shop which is exactly like an old house. I had miso ramen (light), fried chicken, and gyoza. Both ramen and gyoza are not inferior to other popular shops. The noodles are a bit soft but very delicious. Especially the fried chicken is excellent. Next time I want to try soy sauce ramen. The master of the shop was also an interesting person.
View on GoogleIt seems they use star anise as a secret ingredient in ramen? I don't like those kinds of spices, so I couldn't finish it, but maybe people who like it will like it? I ordered onigiri, and this was surprisingly delicious! Maybe the water is good, the taste of the rice is strong. They should make this the main menu.
View on GoogleThis is a canteen in the mountainous area of Ayabe City. It is a dining place that serves dishes using local ingredients. It is a delicious shop for soba. The interior has a calm Japanese feel. There are table seats and tatami seats. There are also seats around the hearth. The menu is soba, udon, set meals, curry... etc. There are also cafe menus such as coffee, tea, cake, etc. I ordered cold tempura soba. It is tempura using local mountain vegetables. It is served with salt to sprinkle on the tempura. Very crispy and delicious tempura. The soba also has the right hardness, smooth on the throat, and very delicious. I drank up the remaining soba soup by adding soba boiling water. Very delicious. Thank you for the meal. There is a local vegetable shop in the same building. Local vegetables are sold. Tanba black beans, rice, etc. are also sold. The parking lot is very wide and easy to enter and exit.
View on GoogleIs this homemade soy sauce? Soy sauce ramen with a slightly different taste🍜 The color of the soup is Toyama Black😄 The fried chicken is local chicken✨ I enjoyed it😋
View on GoogleA mysterious taste that cannot be explained! And, why is there a ramen shop in a place like this?? The impact is amazing (^_^;) Maybe I want them to consider the hygiene aspect・・・
