The ramen was nice. And the portion is relatively big.

A ramen shop along the national highway. I went in right at lunchtime. Ordered ピリ辛あんかけ焼きそば and 味噌ラーメン. I wondered if they had any rice dishes?! But they did not. The ピリ辛あんかけ焼きそば had plenty of bean sprouts and a moderate kick; people who love spicy food might find it lacking. The 味噌ラーメン was THE classic Hokkaido 味噌ラーメン. Next time I would like to try 広東麺 or 醤油あんかけ焼きそば!

I came in during the evening, before 18:00, so there were few customers and I could sit wherever I liked. I ordered 味噌チャーシュー, and it arrived at the table in no time. It felt like less than 5 minutes after ordering. It tasted very good, and I was extremely satisfied. The broth is strongly flavored, so I think some people might get thirsty, but I enjoyed it. As for service, as stated on the menu, rice costs 100円 with unlimited refills and is self-service. They use washable, reusable eco-friendly chopsticks rather than disposable ones. There are no tissue boxes on each table; instead, there are 2 on a nearby shelf. You take as many sheets as you need when necessary, so I gave it a rating of 3. The ramen is delicious, so this is a ramen shop I recommend.

This was my first visit, around 13:30 on a weekday. I do not often have a chance to go to Yuni, but this shop had caught my attention whenever I occasionally passed through. There were 4 counter seats, 3 raised tatami seating areas, and what looked like 7・8 tables. It was past lunchtime, so there were only about 4 groups already there, and I could sit down immediately. It was cold that day, so I ordered 味噌ラーメン. The noodles were curly, and personally I did not find it particularly heavy or rich. The price was 750円, which is appreciated these days. It was served in about 5 minutes and was very delicious. Rice also seems to be all-you-can-eat for 100円, and apparently you can have eggs and pickles with it too. Next time I would like to try あんかけ焼きそば.

When I visited in the evening, there was only one other customer. It seems busy at lunchtime, but the evening might be an overlooked good time to visit. I had 広東麺. The portion was generous with plenty of toppings, and it tasted good and was satisfying. The seasoning was somewhat strong, with noticeable soy sauce and sweetness, but it was not salty. As someone who likes mild flavors, I would find it just right paired with rice. The rice is self-service, but there are accompaniments too, and apparently you can eat as much as you like for 100円. I think this is a welcome service for men with big appetites. The staff member was polite and left a good impression, and seemed capable of preparing food quickly.
