I ordered the かやくセット which came with a mini tendon. The broth had a sweet and clean finish to it. The mini tendon was crispy combined with the sauce that came with it. The hours here are from 11am - 3pm, so if you ever visit Yubetsu please come try this place out, it’s amazing!
View on GoogleUdon came really thick and chewy which satisfied the craving for udon! The cold udon might be too chewy for kids and old adults and the hot dishes might be more suitable as the udon noodles are softer.
View on GoogleThe curry udon is great! The mochi bukkake udon is also delicious.

View on Google🍜麺屋おほーつく ― Miraculous Sanuki udon on the Okhotsk coast: a renowned Michelin-listed restaurant revived in 2024🌿 This udon specialty restaurant, styled like a log cabin, stands beside a national highway in the countryside of 北兵村, 湧別町, 紋別郡, Hokkaido, near the Sea of Okhotsk. Since opening in 2009, it became known locally as “the udon shop people line up for,” with quality that earned it 2 listings in the Michelin Guide Hokkaido. In 2023, the previous owner retired due to old age and the restaurant temporarily closed. But longtime regular and devoted fan 今泉 stepped forward, saying “We mustn't let this flavor disappear,” and finally inherited the flavors and reopened it in April 2024. 🍵The signature 「ぶっかけ」 series is colorful and eye-catching. The thick noodles, made with 100% Hokkaido wheat (きたほなみ), have a firm chew that releases more wheat flavor with every bite, while the aroma of dashi made without any umami seasoning gently rises in your mouth. A bowl of ぶっかけ beautifully arranged with pork, shredded omelet, mini tomatoes, lettuce, 揚げ天, and lime looks so lovely you want to keep admiring it, conveying the richness of the northern land even before you eat. The rule of serving only noodles boiled within the past 20 minutes creates a freshness that stands out all the more in this remote corner of Okhotsk. 🌷Pair it with sightseeing at Lake Saroma or Yubetsu Tulip Park, and this bowl will elevate your Okhotsk drive. Since its Michelin listing, fans still keep making special trips from outside Hokkaido. 💭Hours are short, 11:00〜15:00, with Wednesdays closed, so checking whether it's open before heading over is advisable. During busy times, there may be a wait to get in. It was a memorable bowl that surprised me while traveling through Okhotsk: “You can find udon like this in a place like this?” 🌟Overall rating:★4.1/5.0
