Our shop has a workshop and store in the port town of Yoichi, Hokkaido, a "smoked-food specialty shop" that makes and sells smoked versions of a variety of ingredients, centered on fresh Yoichi seafood. We carry on products whose traditions have been protected across three generations of our family, and we also create various new products every year. We don't simply smoke things; we experiment repeatedly until satisfied to find the seasoning and smoking method that suits each ingredient. The Yoichi store is closed every Wednesday, but is open if Wednesday is a national holiday. For delivery to other regions, we have a directly operated online shop that can be used from a PC or smartphone (supporting credit cards, atone pay-later, and QR code payments such as PayPay). Wonderful shop. Lots of smoked fish, smoked vegetables and other items (even smoked coffee beans!). The owner had samples of smoked salmon available on the day we came and it was delicious. Bought lots of items to snack on during our trip in Hokkaido (smoked salmon, and smoked mackerel). The shop smells so delicious. Very generous and nice owner. Great customer service. They accept cash and credit cards and contactless payment.
View on GoogleReally good food if you like smoked stuff. Good coffee and dessert too. The smoke shop next door is also a great place to pick up some snacks too, just remember to bring a cooler.

View on GoogleLooked and saw closing time was 15:00. Drove a long way to see handwritten sign saying 14:00 last order. Would have given one star, but enjoyed it so much laat time we came I'll give them a bonus star.
