This was not my first choice and when I walked in felt like snack bar. Well, it is not...and if you sit at the bar you will have the best conversation with the owners. A lovely couple that have so much history in Wakkanai. The food was good, but I just had appetizers. Atmosphere is not the best but once you feel the owners warm personality you appreciate the place. Service was excellent and friendly of course. A must visit if you want good conversation. I also liked it because it is right across the street from Dormy Hotel, which was nice too.

Try their mentaiko pasta and hamburg rice. Superb!

Strange place, enough space when we came in but us was told it was full so we had to go, behind us the sign closed was immediately hung. No lust for foreigners.?
