Unfriendly (無愛想): He is unfriendly to anyone. He is surly to anyone. He is crusty to anyone. The three above all mean "lacking friendliness," but unfriendly has the nuance of "not amicable," surly "sullen and blunt," and crusty "short-tempered and cranky." Which means the owner here fits none of them. He's simply serious. If you don't expect excessive service, it's a great shop that's cheap and delicious! That said, life is long, so I give 4 stars.
