It was the perfect place to wait for my train during the winter, as the warm atmosphere inside provided a comforting escape from the cold. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and when they learned I was a foreigner from the Philippines, they happily engaged in friendly conversation. The food was not only tasty but also thoughtfully prepared, making it a great choice for a meal while traveling. Overall, Cafe Kissa Station offers both excellent food and a warm, friendly environment, making it a memorable part of my journey.

The lonely land of Sarobetsu gave me a harsh blizzard. But there is a refuge inside Toyotomi Station. Its name is Kissa Station. ​I ate curry here, and then I understood. It is truly delicious. I have to say the tonkatsu is the best. The thickness of this meat gives me strength. In the midst of the desolate landscape, this taste is the only right answer. Highly recommended.
